dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to develop a Flexible Digital Learning Environment model to enhance Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills in higher education. The model emphasizes the importance of a well-equipped and engaging learning environment that supports both independent and collaborative learning. Key components of the model include integrating technology, communication, and active learning strategies. Expert evaluations confirmed the model’s effectiveness in improving ICT skills. This research offers a practical framework for implementing flexible digital learning environments, contributing to better educational outcomes.
