| Abstract(TH): | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 4 และนิสิตระดับ บัณฑิตศึกษา ของคณะบริหารธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จำนวน 400 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ เก็บข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นิสิตคณะบริหารธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้า ศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในภาพรวม ด้านการเงิน ด้านครอบครัว ด้านสังคมและด้านสถาบันอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย มีการศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในภาพรวม ด้านสนใจศึกษาต่อในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา และด้านจะแนะนาให้มาศึกษาต่อใน ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีความคิดหวังเมื่อจบการศึกษาในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาจะได้เงินเดือนเพิ่ม นิสิตที่มีสาขาวิชาที่เรียนแตกต่างกันมีการศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในภาพรวม ด้านสนใจศึกษาต่อในระดับ บัณฑิตศึกษา และด้านจะแนะนำให้มาศึกษาต่อในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจด้านสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในภาพรวมและด้าน จะแนะนำให้มาศึกษาต่อในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the factors influencing the decision to study the graduate level at the Faculty of Business Administration for Society, Srinakharinwirot University. Research samples consisted of 400 4th year undergraduate and graduate students of the faculty. Questionnaires were used as data collection tools. Research findings showed that Most respondents’ overall opinions toward factors affecting the decision to study at the graduate level included finance, family, society, and institution were at agree levels. In addition, they showed moderate levels of interests in studying graduate level and also tendencies to suggest others in studying graduate level. Besides, they highly expected to earn more income after completing the graduate level. At statistical significance at the level of 0.01, students with different areas of studies pursued their higher education in overall aspects, with interests in studying graduate level and suggesting others to study the graduate level at statistical significance at the level of 0.01. Moreover factors affecting social decisions were found to be positively correlated with graduate studies in general, as well as the recommendation to study at graduate level. |
