Abstract: The CNC machine has been widely used in many manufacturers, many old CNC machines have an excellent mechanics, but the control system is not working. On other hand, selecting the control system design for retrofitting mini-CNC milling machine have many alternatives, in this study we proposed the Fuzzy-QFD integrated Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the decision-making problem. To determine the weighting customer requirement and correlative score using a triangular fuzzy number for calculated. The comparison of the criteria, we proposed the fuzzy set in AHP for weighting customer requirement and designed model for mini CNC machine retrofit have been following up with the technical requirement. The approach proposed in this study can also be applied for product development and decision-making problem. © 2015 Infonomics Society.
