dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is the find the influential variables about decision making in choosing a career of science graduates through practical data. By using the factor analysis, the data is collected from 308 science graduates in academic year of 2013 from Srinakharinwirot University. The discriminant analysis method is used to model in this study. The result shows that five variables: major of study, GPA, family burden, retirement pension and private company job have influenced the science graduates in choosing their careers.
