Abstract
ChatGPT simulates human interactions with AI. The qualitative study examines ChatGPT use and ethics in Thai healthcare. This research combines secondary data from Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), and Google Scholar to construct an interview tool to illuminate ChatGPT implementation in healthcare. Twelve (12) Thai users were purposively sampled for qualitative interviews in this study. Five professionals employ Word Cloud, Grammarly, and Turnitin for plagiarism and AI writing checks to analyze content. ChatGPT makes it easier for strategic planners, healthcare practitioners, and researchers to get vital information. ChatGPT can provide knowledge with responses, support for suggestions, and valuable ideas from previous reviews; generate topic article ideas; and individually disseminate public information about epidemics, public health, and health-related questions.
