ประกอบด้วย ระบบงาน 5 ส่วน คือการบันทึกข้อมูลการดำเนินการระบบการจัดการผ้ใูช้งาน การ
ออกรายงาน และการเชื่อมต่อกับระบบภายนอก ระบบฯ นี้ถูกพัฒนาให้ใช้งานภายในบริษัท
Newgens Travel โดยใช้ภาษา C# ในการเขียนโปรแกรม ใช้ Visual Studio 2010 Express Edition ใน
การออกแบบตัวโปรแกรม ใช้ MySQL เป็นฐานข้อมูลและในส่วนของโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล
ใช้ phpMyAdmin เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนา
จากการทดสอบระบบโดยบริษัท Newgens Travel ปรากฏว่า ระบบฯ นี้สามารถรองรับการ
ทำงานของบริษัทได้เป็นอย่างดีและเหมาะที่จะเป็นระบบต้นแบบสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบ CRM
ให้กับบริษัทอื่นๆ ต่อไปในอนาคต
This project present designing and development a customer relationship management system for inbound and outbound travel agents. Structure of the system is compose of five parts : record unit, system operation unit, user management unit, reports unit and external linking unit. This system developed give work on the Newgens travel company. This project is used Visual Studio 2010 program for desire, Language is C# ,database is MySQL and database management system is phpMyAdmin. Results from the test run on the developed system found that, this system can support for these company as well and suitable as a model system for the development of a CRM system with other companies in the future.
