| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this experiment was study the design of bioreactor for microalgae cultivation. By testing of cultivating, the Chlorella vulgaris is cultivated in BG11 within the optimum conditions, the cultivated temperature (30°C) and initial pH value (pH=7). All experiments of Chlorella vulgaris of BG11 media ware cultivated in 1 liter of bioreactor, 30 liters of bioreactor and 55 liters of airlift bioreactor and 3000 luxs of warm white radiation for 7 days. The results show that, 2.197 g/L of cell dry weight is given from 1 liter bubble bioreactor, 0.375 g/L of cell dry weight is given from 30 liters bubble biorcactor, 0.237 g/L of cell dry weight is given from 55 liters bubble biorcactor respectively. | |
