Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบแนะนาอาชีพตามประสบการณ์ของผู้ใช้ โดยระบุตัวแปรซึ่งเป็นคุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้งาน หรือความสนใจต่องานของผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถแสดงผลลัพธ์ที่ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้มากที่สุด จึงทาการศึกษาระบบแนะนา และพัฒนาระบบด้วย Search Algorithm และ Confusion Matrix โดยมุ่งเน้นประสิทธิภาพ การใช้งานที่เรียบง่าย รวดเร็ว และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ได้อย่างครบถ้วน โดยผู้ใช้สามารถค้นหาตาแหน่งงานที่มีอยู่ในระบบด้วยหัวข้อที่สนใจ ได้แก่ ลักษณะการทางาน สถานที่ตั้งขององค์กรหรือบริษัท หมวดหมู่ของงาน และระดับการศึกษาที่องค์กรต้องการ และสามารถสมัครสมาชิกเพื่อฝากประวัติของผู้ใช้ และเข้าถึงการจับคู่ระหว่างตาแหน่งงานและคุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้ได้ ซึ่งการจับคู่ตาแหน่งงานอาศัยข้อมูลคุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนตัว ข้อมูลความต้องการทางด้านตาแหน่งงานของผู้ใช้ ประวัติการศึกษา ประวัติการทางาน และความสามารถทางภาษา ทั้งนี้ ผู้ใช้สามารถจับคู่ตาแหน่งงานกับข้อมูลที่ผู้ใช้สนใจนอกเหนือจากการอ้างอิงประวัติของตนเองได้
จากผลการทดลองของงานวิจัย ระบบการค้นหาและการจับคู่ระหว่างตาแหน่งงานให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้ทั้ง 2 ระบบ พบว่าได้ผลลัพธ์ที่มีความถูกต้องแม่นยาสูงถึง 80.608% ในกรณีที่ใช้ข้อมูลในการค้นหาครบถ้วน อย่างไรก็ตาม หากผู้ใช้กรอกข้อมูลในการค้นหาไม่ครบถ้วน หรืออาศัยข้อมูลที่เป็นชนิด range ค่าความแม่นยาที่ได้อาจมีความแม่นยาที่น้อยกว่า โดยภาพรวมระบบสามารถแสดงผลลัพธ์การค้นหาได้เทียบเคียงกับเว็บไซต์อื่น และมีการแสดงเปอร์เซนต์ของผลการค้นหาเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ทราบว่าตรงกับการค้นหาของตนมากน้อยเพียงใด
This research aims to develop a career recommendation system based on user experience and preferences. The proposed system uses the user’s personal information or user’s interest to search for more accurate job positions. This system also applies the search algorithm and confusion matrix in the searching processes and focuses on functionality, simplicity, and speed. It will also allow users to search for available job positions from job descriptions, office locations, job categories. We also provide posting functions for users to post their profile and curriculum vitae to be reviewed by interested employers. Information that is required in the searching process is personal information, education record, working experience, and other skills. From the experimental results, the average accuracy of both searching methods is at 80.61% if the user provides complete searching criteria, which is similar to JobsDB.com.
