ผลของโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มแบบผสมผสานที่มีผลต่อ ความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคแห่งหนึ่ง

Abstract

The purposes of this research are as follows: (1) to study the adversity quotient of technical college students; and (2) to effect a program of eclectic group counseling the adiversity quotient of technical college students. The population of this study included 410 students. The sample in this program participated in eclectic group counseling. There were eight students selected by purposive sampling at the twenty-fifth percentile and lower and voluntarily participated in the experiment. The research instruments in this study were an adversity quotient with a reliability coefficient of 0.90 and a program of eclectic group counseling on the enhancement of the adversity quotient with an index of item-objective congruence score from 0.67-1.00. The statistical analyses employed were descriptive statistics and nonparametric statistics of Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed Ranks. The results of the research were as follows: (1) the adversity quotient of students was at a high level. The factors of each, in descending order, were as follows: control, ownership, endurance and reach; and (2) after a program of eclectic group counseling, the adversity quotient of the students were significantly increased at a level of .05.

ความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคแห่งหนึ่ง 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มแบบผสมผสานที่มีต่อความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคของนักศึกษา ประชากร คือ นักศึกษา วิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 410 คน ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มตัวอย่างมี 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อศึกษาระดับความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค คือ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยจำนวน 410 คน และ 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มแบบผสมผสานคือ นักศึกษาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคต่ำกว่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ไทล์ที่ 25 ลงมาและมีความสมัครใจในการเข้าร่วมการทดลอง จำนวน 8 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวัดความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.90 และโปรแกรมการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มแบบผสมผสานที่มีต่อความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเปรียบเทียบแบบนอนพาราเมตริกซ์ด้วยวิธีวิลคอกสัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคของนักศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการควบคุม ด้านสาเหตุและการรับผิดชอบต่อปัญหา ด้านความอดทนต่อปัญหา และด้านผลกระทบต่อปัญหา และ 2) หลังการทดลองนักศึกษามีความสามารถในการฟันฝ่าอุปสรรคเพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
