Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการใช้งานและธุรกิจจอยอาร์เคดในประเทศไทย (2) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาจอยอาร์เคดที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งานและพกพาได้สะดวกสำหรับประเทศไทย โดยการดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาและเก็บข้อมูลธุรกิจการขายจอยอาร์เคดในประเทศไทย 2) ศึกษาและเก็บข้อมูลเบื้องต้นทั้งหมดของจอยอาร์เคดที่สามารถหาได้ในประเทศไทย 3) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของจอยอาร์เคดทั้งหมดที่รวบรวมได้และสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 4) พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จอยอาร์เคดจากข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่รวบรวมได้จาดทั้งผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป โดยการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานจอยอาร์เคดด้วยตนเองและทำการสัมภาษณ์จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นนักกีฬา Esports ทีมชาติทั้งหมด 10 คน และเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามปลายปิดจากผู้ใช้งานจริงในระดับทั่วไปจานวน 20 คน ผลสรุปข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้แนวทางในการออกแบบดังนี้ Custom ง่าย คือ สามารถเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ต่างๆ เช่น ปุ่ม คันโยก รวมไปถึงลาย Artwork ต่างๆ ได้ง่าย ไม่โยกเยกและมีความมั่นคง คือ เวลาวางเล่นหรือแข่งบนตักแล้วไม่เกิดการเลื่อนหรือขยับของตัวจอย พื้นที่วางมือเยอะ คือ มีพื้นที่หน้าจอยเยอะไม่ทาให้มือตกขอบจอยเวลาใช้งาน พกพาง่าย คือ สามารถพกพานำไปใช้หรือนำไปแข่งขันนอกสถานที่ได้ง่าย และมี Layout noir คือ Layout การวางปุ่มและคันโยก แบบ Namco noir cabinet โดยการออกแบบได้รับการปรับแก้รอบที่ 2 จากความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้งานระดับทั่วไปเพื่อให้ได้จอยอาร์เคดที่สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานในทุกระดับ
The objectives of this research is to (1) study and analyze usage patterns of the arcade stick business in Thailand (2) design and develop an arcade stick that is suitable for overall usage and easy to carry. This research is divided into four parts 1) to study and collect from data on the arcade stick sales business in Thailand 2) to study and collect data on the arcade stick that can be found and purchased in Thailand 3) to analyze all the collected arcade stick data and interview with additional data from the expert 4) to develop an arcade stick product from all of the collected information from both experts and general users. In this research the researcher collected, manually analyzed and conducted interviews with 10 national Esports team athletes and collected data from closed-ended questionnaires from 20 general users. A summary of all of the data collected can be summarized as the arcade stick design guidelines as follows 1) easy to customize, users can change the buttons, levers or artwork by themselves 2) strong and stable when playing on the lap, it does not cause any sliding or shifting of the controller 3) palm placement, lots of hand holding space so the hands do not slide off of the arcade stick when playing or using it 4) portable and easy to carry, it can be used for off-site competition or easy to carrying on a plane and 5) the Namco noir cabinet layout. The design was modified after the second feedback of general users to identify an arcade stick that is suitable for the needs of all level users.
