การใช้ QR Code เพื่อการเข้าถึงและใช้บริการวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในห้องสมุดองครักษ์ สำนักหอสมุดกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

Abstract

ในยุคที่เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศพัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็ว ผู้ใช้บริการห้องสมุดมีความคาดหวังต่อการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศที่สะดวก รวดเร็วและไม่ซับซ้อน ห้องสมุดจึงจำเป็นต้องปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทและพัฒนารูปแบบการให้บริการให้สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป จากเดิมที่ต้องมาขอรับบริการด้วยตนเองสู่การเข้าถึงข้อมูลผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์และอุปกรณ์สื่อสารสมัยใหม่ นอกจากนี้การปรับตัวของเทคโนโลยีรวมถึงต้นทุนและกระบวนการผลิตที่เปลี่ยนไป ส่งผลให้วารสารส่วนใหญ่ เปลี่ยนสภาพการให้บริการเป็นวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ทำให้ห้องสมุดต้องจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศในรูปแบบดิจิทัลเพิ่มมากขึ้น รวมถึงการจัดหาแหล่งวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายมาให้บริการ ดังนั้น แนวคิดพัฒนาบริการวารสารรูปแบบใหม่ด้วยการนำระบบ QR Code มาพัฒนาบริการวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของห้องสมุดองครักษ์ ด้วยการสร้าง QR Code สำหรับวารสารแต่ละชื่อเรื่อง จำนวน 327 ชื่อเรื่องแยกตามสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ และวารสารทั่วไป การผลิต QR Code ออกแบบโดยใช้โปรแกรม Canva ออกแบบตาม แต่ละชื่อเรื่อง แล้วพิมพ์ลงบนกระดาษ A4 นาไปให้บริการที่ชั้นวารสารในห้องสมุดและเผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์สำนักหอสมุดกลาง รวมทั้งช่องทางสื่อสารอื่น ๆ เช่น Facebook, Line, E-mail เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้เข้าถึงวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว ไม่จำกัดเวลา สถานที่ผ่านสมาร์ตโฟนหรือแท็บเล็ต ผลการศึกษาจากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจ พบว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และอยากให้เพิ่มสาขาวิชาอื่น ๆ อีกด้วย

In an era where information technology is rapidly advancing, library users expect convenient, fast, and uncomplicated access to information. Libraries must therefore adjust their roles and develop service 2 models that align with the changing behaviors of users. Instead of relying on in-person services, users now access information through electronic media and modern communication devices. Additionally, technological shifts, along with changes in production costs and processes, have led most journals to transition into electronic formats. As a result, libraries must increasingly acquire digital information resources, including free-access electronic journals. Therefore, this project proposes the use of QR Codes to enhance electronic journal services by creating QR Codes for each journal title—a total of 327 titles—classified into the fields of science and technology, health sciences, humanities and social sciences, and general journals. The QR Codes were designed using Canva, customized for each title, printed on A4 paper, and placed in the journal section of the library, as well as published on the website of the Central Library and other communication channels such as Line and email. This allows users to conveniently and quickly access electronic journals anytime and anywhere through smartphones or tablets. Results from the satisfaction survey indicate that users are highly satisfied and would like additional subject areas to be included.
