ระบบคลังข้อมูลห้องสมุด (Central Library Data Warehouse) เป็นระบบที่พัฒนา ด้วย
ซอฟต์แวร์ Pentaho Business Analytic Platform โดยนำข้อมูลจากระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ (ALEPH) และระบบ
บริหารจัดการประสิทธิภาพการศึกษา (SUPREME 2019) มาบูรณาการร่วมกัน จากผลของการพัฒนาระบบทำให้ได้
ข้อมูลการใช้ประโยชน์ของทรัพยากร ที่สามารถนาไปใช้ในการบริหารจัดการ เช่น การใช้หนังสือตามช่วงเวลาต่าง ๆ
หรือประเภททรัพยากร เป็นต้น รวมถึงสามารถนำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ Collection หนังสือหมวด 370 (การศึกษา)
ในส่วนของจำนวนหนังสือที่มีให้บริการ จำนวนการใช้หนังสือของหมวด 370 ทั้งหมด และหมวดย่อยของหมวด 370
อีกด้วย ซึ่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวสามารถนำไปใช้ในการพิจารณาจัดหา หรืออนุรักษ์หนังสือในหมวดดังกล่าว เพื่อให้บริการ
ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ต่อไป
Central Library Data Warehouse is initiated with Pentaho Business Analytics Platform through data integration from the library system, student register, and human resource system. The program brings significant data used for administration such as book usage in any range times, resource type, etc. This data are used as collection analysis in 370 DDC classification as well as is sub-classification through several books and usage that can be further described collection development as to users need.
