การนำเสนอรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้วยการใช้เครื่องมือออนไลน์ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล

Abstract

บทความนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้วยการใช้เครื่องมือออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินงาน 6 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวคิดและกระบวนการการรู้ดิจิทัล เครื่องมือออนไลน์ แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการสร้างอินโฟกราฟิก 2) ร่างรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการโดยใช้แนวคิดจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 โดยกำหนดเป็นองค์ประกอบและขั้นตอนการเรียนรู้ที่จะใช้เป็นกรอบการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3) ออกแบบแผน กำกับกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 4) ตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 คน 5) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับกลุ่มผู้อบรมจำนวน 26 คน จากโครงการอบรม “Librarian Space: Digital Literacy" เพื่อตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความครบถ้วน 6) นำเสนอรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ ฉบับสมบูรณ์ ผลการศึกษา คือ ได้รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลที่มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) กระบวนการการรู้ดิจิทัล 2) เครื่องมือออนไลน์ 3) วิทยากร 4) ผู้เข้าอบรม และ 5) การประเมินผล โดยมี 5 ขั้นตอนหลัก คือ 1) การเตรียมความพร้อม 2) การค้นหาข้อมูล 3) การนำข้อมูลไปใช้ 4) การเผยแพร่ข้อมูล 5) การประเมินผลลัพธ์

The purpose of this article is to propose a workshop model to enhance digital literacy skills through the use of online tools. The process includes 6 steps: 1) study the documents and researches related to digital literacy concept and process, online tools, and infographic concept and design process; 2) design a workshop model based on the concepts gained from step 1. The model includes learning factors and process that are the framework of the workshop; 3) design learning activities plan for the workshop 4) Validated the model by three expert opinions; 4) conduct a workshop model try out with 26 participants to examine its suitability and comprehensiveness. The workshop is called “Librarian Space: Digital Literacy;” and 5) present the final workshop model. The study results in a workshop model with 5 components and 5 main steps. The 5 components are: 1) digital literacy process; 2) online tools; 3) speakers; 4) participants; and 5) evaluation. The 5 steps are: 1) preparation; 2) find; 3) use; 4) dissemination; and 5) evaluation
