อิทธิพลของความคาดหวังต่อความพึงพอใจด้านสุขภาพของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย ที่มีต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงศิลปะ กรณีศึกษา : หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคาดหวังต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงศิลปะของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย (2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจด้านสุขภาพใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงศิลปะ (3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของความคาดหวังที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจด้านสุขภาพใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย และ (4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจด้านสุขภาพใจของนักท่องเที่ยวตามลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ ณ หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยจานวน 400 คน ที่สุ่มเลือกด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling) โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือหลักในการเก็บข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นอย่างง่าย โดยกาหนดระดับนัยสาคัญทางสถิติไว้ที่ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยมีระดับความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจด้านสุขภาพใจในระดับค่อนข้างสูง โดยเฉพาะในมิติของหลักยึดเหนี่ยวทางจิตใจ ทั้งนี้ ความคาดหวังมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงกับความพึงพอใจ (r = 0.814, p < 0.001) และสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความพึงพอใจได้ถึงร้อยละ 64.1 (R² = 0.641) จากผลการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน พบว่าปัจจัยด้านเพศ รายได้ และระดับการศึกษา ส่งผลต่อระดับความพึงพอใจอย่างมีนัยสาคัญ ในขณะที่อายุ อาชีพ และความถี่ในการท่องเที่ยวไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสาคัญ ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงบทบาทของศิลปะในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะทางใจ และชี้ให้เห็นว่า “ความคาดหวังในเชิงบวก” คือปัจจัยสาคัญที่ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพประสบการณ์และส่งเสริมสุขภาพใจที่ควรนามาใช้ในการออกแบบกิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวเชิงศิลปะให้ตอบโจทย์กลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน

This study aimed to (1) examine the level of expectation toward art tourism among Thai tourists, (2) investigate the level of mental well-being satisfaction of Thai tourists participating in art tourism activities, (3) analyze the influence of expectation on mental well-being satisfaction, and (4) compare mental well-being satisfaction based on demographic characteristics. The research was conducted at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC). The sample group consisted of 400 Thai tourists selected through accidental sampling. A questionnaire was used as the main research instrument. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), Pearson correlation analysis, and simple linear regression, with the significance level set at .05. The results showed that the tourists exhibited relatively high levels of expectation and satisfaction regarding mental well-being, particularly in the aspect of “spiritual anchoring.” A strong positive correlation was found between expectation and mental well-being satisfaction (r = 0.814, p < 0.001), and expectation was able to explain 64.1% of the variance in satisfaction (R² = 0.641). The results of the ANOVA revealed statistically significant differences in mental well-being satisfaction based on gender, income, and education, while age, occupation, and travel frequency did not show significant differences. The findings of this study highlight the role of art in promoting mental well-being and indicate that positive expectation is a key factor in enhancing the quality of experience. It should be integrated into the design of art tourism activities to effectively and sustainably meet the needs of diverse tourist groups.
