| dc.description.abstract | โครงงานวิศวกรรมนี้ เป็นการสร้างสายอากาศที่สามารถทำงานบนแผ่นตัวนำเดียวกันได้สองย่านความถี่ คือ 2.4 กิกะเฮิรตซ์ และ 5 กิกะเฮิรตซ์ ซึ่งเป็นย่านความถี่ที่ใช้งานสำหรับระบบเครือข่ายท้องถิ่น ไร้สายตามมาตรฐาน IEEE นอกจากนี้ สายอากาศยังสามารถสวิตช์ลำคลื่นได้สองทิศทางทั้งสองย่านความถี่ซึ่งสวิตช์ลำคลื่นโดยการใช้วงจรบัดกรีที่ขอบของสายอากาศแต่ละด้านและควบคุมการสวิตช์ลำคลื่นด้วยไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ โดยผลที่ได้จากการวัดสายอากาศที่สร้างขึ้นจะถูกนำมาเปรียบเทียบกับผลจากการจำลองแบบในโปรแกรม เพื่อยืนยันว่าสายอากาศสามารถทำงานได้สองย่านความถี่และสามารถสวิตช์ลำคลื่นได้จริง | |
| dc.description.abstract | This project presents the fabrication of dual-band switched beam antenna for WLAN. The antenna operates at frequencies of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz which is available in WLAN (IEEE 802.11). There are two different main beam directions which are switched by shorted circuit at each edge of antenna and beam switching is controlled using microcontroller. In addition, the results of fabricated antenna are compared with the one from simulated results to confirm that the proposed antenna can switch beam pattern and it can operate in dual-band frequency. | |
