การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้เรียนโดยใช้กระบวนการนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการเป็นฐานของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรมชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้เรียนโดยใช้กระบวนการนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการเป็นฐาน โดยศึกษากับนิสิตสาขาวิชาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรมชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จำนวน 90 คน โดยใช้กระบวนการเรียนการสอน แบบทดสอบ และแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนโดยกระบวนการนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการเป็นฐานมีองค์ประกอบคือ ผู้สอน ผู้เรียน เนื้อหา เครื่องมือในการค้นคว้า และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ กระบวนการเรียนการสอน มี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) สอนแบบบรรยายอย่างมีส่วนร่วม 2) การกระตุ้นให้เกิดองค์ความรู้ใหม่ 3) การให้คำปรึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง 4) การถามตอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ โดยรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 ผลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 และระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนอยู่ระดับมาก

This research aims to develop innovative learning for learners using the academic presentation process as a base. By studying with students in the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality in the 4th year of the Faculty of Social Sciences Srinakharinwirot University, 90 students, using teaching and learning processes, quizzes and questionnaires as research tools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, value that the research results showed. The teaching and learning model are based on the process of presenting academic work, consisting of instructors, learners, content, research tools. And qualified the teaching and learning process consisted of 4 steps, namely 1) participatory lecture teaching 2) stimulation of new knowledge 3) continuous counseling 4) question-and-answer from experts. by the developed teaching style Efficient 80/80, the learning outcomes of the learners increased significantly at the 0.001 level and the satisfaction level of the learners was at a high level.
