This paper presents the development of a disconnected endotracheal tube detection device. The M5stack development kit and MPXV5050GP pressure sensor were used in this project. The test is including both detected pressure accuracy and disconnected tube detection accuracy. The proposed method consists of prototype design and creating detection algorithms. The performance testing of the system by comparing it to iVent201 ventilator and calibration manometer. The experiment results of our prototype show that the mean accuracy of both pressure value and disconnected tube detection is above 87 percent. © 2020 IEEE.
