| dc.description.abstract | This Engineering project is leming design of hardness test paint film . by used diffrcnce of value hardness pencil are specified hardness. Put test piece have size 150 mm.x70 mm.x0.8 mm. Attach a test piece to attach stand of scratching testing mechine. Scratching pencil on the test piece by have compressive force 1 kg. Make the test piece moving constant speed approximately 1 cm/s. inclining the pencil about 45° from horizontal, and scratch three time for one the test piece Consider scratch on the test piece from value hardness a part number of pencil, compare value hardness of paint film.
