ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีปทุมวัน

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the factors affecting internal quality assurance at the Pathumwan Institute of Technology. The sample group consisted of 112 staff at the Pathumwan Institute of Technology in 2020 and used stratified random sampling. The instruments used for data collection included a five point-rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.87. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Multiple Regression Analysis of Enter method. The results were as follows: (1) the level of factors affecting to internal quality assurance at the Pathumwan Institute of Technology was at a high overall level (x = 3.67, S.D. = 0.20); (2) the level of the internal quality assurance at the Pathumwan Institute of Technology was at high level overall (x = 3.52, S.D. = 0.20); (3) the factors affecting internal quality assurance at the Pathumwan Institute of Technology were administration and policy (X1); management (X2); personnel (X3); and cultural organization (X5) affecting internal quality assurance of the Pathumwan Institute of Technology overall. The statistical significance was at 0.01 and 0.05. The correlation coefficient was equal to 0.646, the effectiveness of the prediction was 41.7% and the standard deviation of the prediction was 0.233, which can be written in a forecast equation with the raw score as follows: Y = 0.220 - 0.157(X1) + 0.391(X2) + 0.283(X3) + 0.070(X4) + 0.352(X5)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีปทุมวัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถาบันเทคโนโลยีปทุมวัน พ.ศ.2563 จำนวน 112 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.87 สติถิที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ด้วยวิธี Enter ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีปทุมวัน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x = 3.67, S.D. = 0.20) 2) ระดับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีปทุมวัน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x = 3.52, S.D. = 0.20) 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีปทุมวัน คือ ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหารและนโยบาย(X1) ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการ(X2) ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร(X3) และปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร(X5) ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีปทุมวัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 0.05 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.646 มีประสิทธิภาพในการพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 41.7 และมีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 0.233 สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์โดยใช้คะแนนดิบ ได้ดังนี้ Y = 0.220 - 0.157(X1) + 0.391(X2) + 0.283(X3) + 0.070(X4) + 0.352(X5)
