Abstract
This engineering project was to develop and increase the efficiency of inventory. For help the organizations to reduce the time to check inventory status and eliminate the waste caused by redundant systems. As a result, the cargo load planning activities and events to ensure the availability of goods before the goods are loaded more quickly. Traditional operating system is used for inventory control and information used for decision-making in the planning stages of different sources. Therefore, the process can’t be determined immediately. This leads to such problems. So that, Lean Manufacturing concepts are implemented alongside technology integration to support more efficient and productive operations. The information used to develop this system was acquired from the SAP system. External organizations support to extract the required data from the SAP
database system, it can be automatically retrieved to be processed as a database that can be used to display through the Power BI program, with the ability to automatically view the data, and to transmit data over an internal Internet network. The results of this procedure can create a better performance standard, eliminating unnecessary steps.
