Abstract
This paper presents the design and development of a CRA digital platform for society. The platform is used as a medium on business ecosystem for two groups of people. The first group is producer or service providers, including coaches, resource person and activity planner job. The second group, consumers, are members of the general public which can use the platform to search for coaches, resource person and activity planner. The system architecture consists of back-end system and front-end system. The system has subsystem such as platform user registration system, user management system, schedule booking system, profile management system, article management system and work schedule management system. The system is web application running on Microsoft Windows operation system. The system was automated testing using the Selenium IDE program with various test cases for 3 groups of users: user, coach and admin. It appears that the system can function properly according to the designed function in all respects.
