การพัฒนาความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรม ชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดรูปแบบการพัฒนาความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรม ชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาการท่องเที่ยวและการโรงแรม จำนวน 90 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สรุปแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนโดยรวม อยู่ระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.77 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.81 และทุกๆ ด้านก็อยู่ระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยด้านความตั้งใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ 4.15 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.77 รองลงมาคือ ด้านการทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.90 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.58 ด้านการพยายามแก้ข้อบกพร่องของตนเองเกี่ยวกับการเรียน ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.66 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.76 และด้านความกระตือรือร้น ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.35 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.67 ตามลำดับ รูปแบบการพัฒนาความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนของผู้เรียนควรเริ่มจากด้านความตั้งใจของผู้เรียน และเสริมด้วยการจัดการเรียนให้สอดคล้องกับความคาดหวังของผู้เรียนต่อการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์

The objective of this research was to determine a model for developing a commitment to learning among the first year students of Tourism and Hospitality, Faculty of Social Sciences. Srinakharinwirot University The questionnaire and interview form were used as research tools. The sample group was 90 first grade students in Tourism and Hospitality. Data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation. and inductive summary analysis The results showed that Overall commitment to school was very high, the mean was 3.77, the standard deviation was 0.81, and all aspects were very high as well. by intention The highest mean was 4.15 standard deviation 0.77, followed by work as assigned, mean 3.90 standard deviation 0.58, and trying to solve their own defects related to learning, mean 3.66 deviation. Standard 0.76 and Enthusiasm, mean 3.35, Standard Deviation 0.67, respectively. The model for developing learning commitment of learners should start from the part of the learner's intention. and supplemented by the management of learning to achieve the learner's expectations for the teacher's teaching
