Abstract
In the post-COVID-19 era, there has been a continuous increase in the demand for
ventilators. This research investigates statistical data on the usage of all ventilator
models employed by RFS Company to determine usage frequency, usage proportion,
usage trends, and usage volume over different periods. The method involves importing
data into the cloud platform of Microsoft Excel and Google Looker Studio, removing
outliers, and then conducting linear regression analysis to identify future usage trends.
This aims to help the company plan the management of their equipment more
effectively. Following an evaluation of the company's satisfaction across five criteria,
each scored out of 5 points, the findings are as follows: The clarity and detail of results
displayed in graphs and charts scored 3.33 points, The comprehensiveness of the
analysis for practical application scored 3.33 points, Suitability for the company's
continued use scored 2.33 points, Provision of methods for future analysis scored 3.33
points, Ease of understanding scored 3 points. In terms of feedback, there was a trend
indicating a lack of communication and regular updates, leading to results that did not
meet the company's needs. Additionally, the categorization of ventilators did not align
with the company's requirements. Further feedback indicated difficulties in applying the
results, as they did not align with the company's needs.
