Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้ประกอบการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงานเทศกาลดนตรีต่อ การจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยกลุ่มคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยกลุ่มคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวในงานเทศกาลดนตรี การศึกษาใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างถูกคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) และวิธีการสุ่มแบบลูกโซ่ (Snowball sampling) กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด ประกอบด้วย ผู้จัดงานเทศกาลดนตรี 3 คน ผู้จัดการสถานที่จัดงาน 2 คน และนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยกลุ่มคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว 5 คน เก็บข้อมูลวิจัยในช่วง เดือนมีนาคม - เมษายน พ.ศ. 2568 โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยกลุ่มคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว บางประการสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดอารยสถาปัตย์ (Universal Design) เช่น การจัดเตรียมรถเข็น ลิฟต์ หรือทางลาดไว้สำหรับรองรับคนพิการ แต่ก็ยังพบข้อจำกัดในบางประการ เช่น การขาดช่องทางพิเศษสำหรับคนพิการ การขาดการจัดสรรพื้นที่สำหรับที่จอดรถคนพิการ รวมไปถึงปัญหาในเรื่องของป้ายสัญลักษณ์และการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลที่ขาดความชัดเจน ซึ่งข้อเสนอแนะของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยกลุ่มคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวก็เน้นย้ำในเรื่องของการจัดสรรพื้นที่จอดรถสำหรับคนพิการ ช่องทางพิเศษสำหรับคนพิการ รวมไปถึงป้ายสัญลักษณ์และการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลที่ชัดเจน

This research aimed to study the attitudes of entrepreneurs involved in organizing music festivals towards the management of facilities for Thai tourists with mobility disabilities and to study suggestions for managing facilities for Thai tourists with mobility disabilities at music festivals. The study employed a qualitative research methodology, with participants selected through purposeful sampling and the snowball sampling technique. A total of 10 participants were involved in the study, including three music festival organizers, two venue managers, and five Thai tourists with mobility impairments. Data collected during March - April 2025. The primary research instrument was a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using content analysis, and the credibility of the findings was ensured through triangulation.

The research findings indicate that the management of facilities for Thai tourists with mobility disabilities aligns with some principles of Universal Design, such as the provision of wheelchairs, elevators, and ramps. However, limitations persist, including a lack of dedicated lanes for individuals with disabilities, insufficient designated parking for the disabled, and unclear signage and information dissemination. Recommendations from Thai tourists with mobility disabilities emphasize the necessity of allocating specific parking spaces and dedicated lanes for the disabled, along with clear signage and information.
