ผลการใช้กิจกรรมการสะท้อนคิด ที่มีต่อความสามารถในการนำเสนอภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักเรียนไทยชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare the pretest-posttest English presentation skills of the students through the reflection activities. The sample consisted of 35 Eighth Grade students who were studying English for Communication three in the first semester of the 2020 academic year at Watkhienkhet School, obtained through Simple Random Sampling. The reflection learning activities consisted of three learning processes that included the following: (1) plan; (2) presentation; (3) reflection and planning. The duration of the research was 11 weeks. The instruments consisted of the following: (1) lesson plans of reflection learning activities; (2) an English presentation skills evaluation form. The statistics for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a t-test for the dependent sample using a computer program. The results of the study were as follows: students who learned through the reflection activities had, after learning, higher English presentation skills than that before learning at a .05 level of statistical significance. The three posttest average scores on English presentation skills, were 52.6, 67.8 and 78.4.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการนำเสนอภาษาอังกฤษ ก่อนและหลังเรียน โดยใช้กิจกรรมการสะท้อนคิด ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลองได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนวัดเขียนเขต ที่เรียนในรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร3 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 35 คน จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) โดยใช้วิธีการจับฉลากมา 1 ห้องเรียน จากจำนวน 7 ห้องเรียน ใช้เวลาทดลองทั้งสิ้น 11 สัปดาห์ ดำเนินกิจกรรมสะท้อนคิด3 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย ขั้นวางแผนงาน (Plan) ขั้นนำเสนองาน (Presentation) และขั้นสะท้อนคิดและวางแผนต่อยอดในการนำเสนอครั้งต่อไป (Reflection & Plan on) เครื่องมือที่ใช้การทดลองได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ขั้นตอนกิจกรรมการสะท้อนคิด และแบบประเมินความสามารถในการนำเสนอภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้กิจกรรมสะท้อนคิดแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 แบบประเมินความสามารถในการนำเสนอภาษาอังกฤษ ตอนที่ 2 แบบสะท้อนคิดการนำเสนอภาษาอังกฤษ ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ ค่าสถิติ ที แบบไม่เป็นอิสระจากกัน ( t-test for dependent Sample) ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้กิจกรรมการสะท้อนคิด มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอภาษาอังกฤษ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนครั้งที่ 1 ครั้งที่ 2และครั้งที่ 3 เท่ากับ 52.6, 67.8 และ78.4 สูงขึ้นตามลำดับ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
