การศึกษาวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยพหุระดับที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเหลื่อมล้ำของคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ และภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในและระหว่างสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาของประเทศไทยโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์พหุระดับแบบ 3 ระดับ ร่วมกับการศึกษาเฉพาะพหุกรณี

Abstract

The purposes of this research are as follows: (1) to analyze the disparity in academic achievement in mathematics, science, and English that occurs between schools in the same and different educational service areas and between educational service areas; (2) to study the statistically significant student-level, school-level, and educational service areas-level factors that impact the achievement disparity among twelfth-grade students; (3) to understand the characteristics of the educational administration process of the case studies of schools that were analyzed and found high or low disparity, both with and without facilitating factors; and (4) to develop policy proposals and strategic operations in the educational management operations of the case study of the Educational Service Area Office from the results of the analysis, it was found that most schools under supervision have high or low disparity, both with and without facilitating factors. In Phase One, there was multilevel factor sampling of 62 districts, 2,388 schools, and 13,646 students was obtained from multi-stage random sampling. In Phase Two, 28 key informants were obtained through purposeful sampling. The tools included a secondary data form and a focus group question form, analyzed using three-level multilevel analysis with the HLM program ver.8.2.The results revealed the following: (1) academic achievement disparity reaching statistical significance at a level of .05 (df=61, p=

งานวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยเพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์ความเหลื่อมล้ำของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ และภาษาอังกฤษ ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในโรงเรียน ระหว่างโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเดียวกัน และระหว่างเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาต่างกัน (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยระดับนักเรียน ระดับโรงเรียน และระดับเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเหลื่อมล้ำของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ และภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (3) เพื่อทำความเข้าใจสภาพลักษณะของกระบวนการดำเนินงานบริหารจัดการศึกษาของกรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนที่วิเคราะห์พบความเหลื่อมล้ำสูงหรือต่ำ ทั้งที่มีและไม่มีปัจจัยเอื้ออำนวย (4) เพื่อพัฒนาข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายและแนวดำเนินการเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินงานบริหารจัดการศึกษาของกรณีศึกษาสำนักงานเขตพื้นการศึกษาจากผลการวิเคราะห์พบโรงเรียนในกำกับดูแลส่วนใหญ่มีความเหลื่อมล้ำสูงหรือต่ำ ทั้งที่มีและไม่มีปัจจัยเอื้ออำนวย ระยะที่ 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างระดับเขตพื้นที่ 62 เขตฯ ระดับโรงเรียน 2,388 แห่ง ระดับนักเรียน 13,646 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ระยะที่ 2 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 28 คน ได้มาจากการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบอิงจุดมุ่งหมาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ และ แบบประเด็นคำถามการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์พหุระดับแบบ 3 ระดับ ด้วยโปรแกรม HLM ver.8.2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พบความเหลื่อมล้ำของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 (df=61, p=
