Abstract
โครงงานวิศวกรรมนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าประเภทอีเพาเวอร์ด้วยโปรแกรม MATLAB/Simulink สำหรับศึกษาการเบรกแบบคืนกลับพลังงาน การสร้างแบบจำลองของรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า อีเพาเวอร์นี้ออกแบบให้เสมือนมีการขับเคลื่อนทั้งขึ้นและลงบนที่ลาดชัน ซึ่งการขับเคลื่อนลงบนที่ลาดชันดังกล่าวจะมีการเบรกแบบคืนกลับพลังงานเกิดขึ้น เนื่องจากการเบรกแบบคืนกลับพลังงานนี้จะทำงานได้ก็ต่อเมื่อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้ามีการชะลอความเร็วลงหรือมีการเบรกโดยผู้ขับขี่ สำหรับระบบขับเคลื่อนของรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าอีเพาเวอร์ การขับเคลื่อนไปสู่เพลาล้อนั้นใช้มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ยังคงมีการใช้น้ำมันเป็นเชื้อเพลิงในการขับเคลื่อนอยู่ จึงสามารถเรียกรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าประเภทอีเพาเวอร์ได้ว่ารถยนต์ไฟฟ้าลูกผสมแบบพิเศษ จากผลการทดสอบแบบจำลองของรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าอีเพาเวอร์ขนาด 200 แรงม้า แรงบิดพิกัดที่ 798 นิวตันเมตร และความเร็วรอบที่ 0 ถึง 2,100 รอบต่อนาที พบว่าในสภาวะที่รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าอีเพาเวอร์ขับเคลื่อนขึ้นบนที่ลาดชันมีประสิทธิภาพในการขับเคลื่อนที่ 96.33% ส่วนในสภาวะที่รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าอีเพา เวอร์ขับเคลื่อนลงบนที่ลาดชันจะมีประสิทธิภาพในการเบรกแบบคืนกลับพลังงานที่ 86.84% และประสิทธิภาพในการนำพลังงานกลับมาใช้ใหม่ที่ 87.42% นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าแบบจำลองรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าอีเพาเวอร์นี้ สามารถลดขนาดของแบตเตอรี่และเครื่องยนต์ลงได้ และสามารถช่วยประหยัดพลังงานเชื้อเพลิงได้มากกว่ารถยนต์ไฟฟ้าประเภทลูกผสมแบบปกติอีกด้วย
As a part of the engineering course, this project was conducted to illustrate e-power electric car with MATLAB/Simulink for regenerative braking education. The illustration was designed to simulate car moving against both inclination and declination. In the declination case, the conductors found deceleration in the declination case which resulted in regenerative braking taking place. The electrical drive system of e-power electric car drives wheel by only an electric motor. However, there is still petrol usage. The e-power electric car is considered as extra hybrid car. From the results, the e-power electric car model delivers 200 horsepower, 798 Newton-meters of Rated torque and 0-2,100 rounds per minute of rpm range. In the inclination case, the efficiency of electrical drive system is 96.33%. In the inclination case, the efficiency of regenerative braking is 86.84% and the efficiency of energy recovery is 87.42%. Besides, the electrical drive system of e-power electric car reduces battery size and engine size. And the fuel efficiency of e-power electric car is greater than the fuel efficiency of normal hybrid cars.
