การพัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์เพื่อพัฒนากล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กสำหรับเด็กที่มีภาวะออทิซึม

Abstract

This quasi-experiment study was aimed at promoting activities for creativity development of autistic students as well as a comparing their abilities to use a fine-motor after participating the activities by employing the one group pre-posttest design. The data were purposively obtained from five students with autism aged 8-10 years old who study at With Love Learning Hub, Lad Phrao, Bangkok. The students suffer a fine-motor developmental skill delay, making their physical state comparable to those of children with 4-6 years of age. The research instruments included 1) 16 activities for creativity development organized two days a week and an hour a day, making a total of 8-week implementation; 2) Fine-motor development journal focusing on five measures, namely agility, flexibility, accuracy, two-hand operation and eye-hand coordination; and 3) a 30-item fine-motor and intelligence test. The obtained data were analyzed statistically through mean (x), standard deviation (SD), and t-test value. The findings revealed that students, after the experiment, demonstrated a greater capability of exercising their fine-motor than they did prior to the study with a statistical significance of .05.

การวิจัยนี้ เป็นงานวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi - experiments) โดยมีแผนการทดลองแบบ The one group pretest - postest design วึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์สำหรับเด็กออทิสติกอายุ 8 - 10 ปี ที่มีพัฒนาการในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กล่าช้า และเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กหลังหลังจากการจัดกิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ เด็กอออทิสติก อายุ 8 - 10 ปี ซึ่งได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากจิตแพทย์ว่าอยู่ในกลุ่มภาวะออทิสซึม (Autism) ที่มีระดับพัฒนาการในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กล่าช้า เทียบเท่าเด็กช่วงอายุ 4 - 6 ปี จากศูนย์การเรียน รู้ด้วยรัก แขวง ลาดพร้าว เขต ลาดพร้าว กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 5 คน เลือกโดยวิธีเจาะจง (purpostive sampling) วัดจากแบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กและสติปัญญาที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดกิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์ 16 แผน ระยะเวลาสัปดาห์ละ 2 วัน วันละ 1 ชั่วโมง รวมระยะเวลาในการทดลอง 8 สัปดาห์ 2) แบบบันทึกพัฒนาการการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กได้ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความคล่องแคล่ว ยืดหยุ่น แม่นยำ การใช้มือทั้ง 2 ข้าง และการใช้ประสาทสัมผัสระหว่างมือกับตา 3) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กและสติปัญญา จำนวน 30 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติ (t-test) แบบ Dependent Sample ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เด็กออทิสติกที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์ มีความสามารถในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก โดยรวมสูงกว่า ก่อนการจัดกิจกรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
