dc.description.abstractชุดไพรเมอร์ (primer) และตัวตรวจจับ (DNA probe) สำหรับตรวจเชื้อไวรัส พีอาร์อาร์เอส (PRRS) ด้วย ปฎิกิริยาลูป-มีเดียเต็ดไอโซเธอร์มอลแอมปลิฟิเคชั่น (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification) หรือ แลบป์ (LAMP) ผนวกกับแผ่นตรวจวัดแบบแถบสี (Dipstick) มีบทสรุปดังนี้ 1. เป็นชุดตรวจอย่างง่าย สะดวก และรวดเร็ว ทราบผลในเวลา 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที สามารถนำไปใช้ ตรวจภาคสนาม (point-of-care) ได้ 2. มีความจำเพาะ (specificity) สูง 3. มีความแม่นยำสูงสามารถตรวจพบได้ในระดับปริมาณต่ำสุด (limit of detection) ที่ปริมาณดีเอ็นเอ ระดับพิโคกรัม (picogram, 10-12) ถึง เฟมโตกรัม (femtogram, 10-15) 4. ใช้สำหรับตรวจเชื้อไวรัส พีอาร์อาร์เอส (PRRS)
