Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study the necessity of online learning management competency of school administrators under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, 2) to create a competency model in online learning management of educational institution administrators under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, and 3) to assess the model of online learning management competency of educational institution administrators under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education. The research was conducted in three phases; the first phase was to assess the need and memory of the administrators' competency in online learning management, by analyzing theoretical papers and interviews with experts to determine the composition of school administrators' competency in online learning management, and assessing the need for school administrators' competency in online learning management competencies study. The sample group is the administrators of educational institutes, including 280 people in 26 provinces across the country. The research tool was a questionnaire. The total confidence value of the status quo was .98 and the total confidence value of the status was .99. The second phase is to create a competency model in online learning management of school administrators by organizing a small group seminar by qualified persons, a total of 10 people by considering the draft model, and conducting content analysis. And the third phase is the assessment of the online learning management competency model of the school administrators by 19 qualified experts using Kai Square statistics. The results of the research found that 1. Competency in online learning management of school administrators under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education There was a statistically significant need at the .01 level. 2. Competency model in online learning management of educational institution administrators Under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education.
