We show numerical calculations for the gap ratio R for a BCS superconductor with a singular density of states of the form A|ε|α, where A and α are model parameters. With proper finite energy cutoffs, we find larger values for R than the recent results of Mattis and Molina. © 1996 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
