The 4 - quadrant dc motor drive control, considered the technique of BRM is proposed on the expectation of fast response. Power and torque control are imposed on both no load and loaded condition. The outcome response time is less than 2.5 seconds, when the resolution of input energy supply is 255 waveforms with scan time of 0.667 milliseconds. The ripple is less than 1%.The control condition of 4-quadrant are operated in quadrant I and IV for forward and reverse rotation and quadrant II and III are for sudden braking by regenerative, resulted in giving reversing time less than 3.5 seconds.
