dc.description.abstractThis paper proposes fuzzy control for automatic egg washing machine. With this machine workers can easy operate for egg washing. In the conventional automatic egg washing machine, workers approximate the egg washing time of machine by using their experience. With human error the egg washing cannot pass quality control. For this problem, we develop fuzzy algorithm to adjust the optimal time to use for washing. As dirty eggs are delivered by conveyor belt, previously the egg washing time of machine operation is set by workers using their experience. Now the fuzzy control is developed to operate instead of workers. There are two input variables, the dirty degree of eggs measured by sensor and amount of eggs. By using fuzzy controllers we can approximate the time function based on human intuition and experience. © 2010 Pushpa Publishing House.
