Title: Mathematical model of waste water treatment with mixer tank
Authors: Panich S.
Issue Date: 2011
Abstract: In this paper, we introduce the system control for waste water treatment. The design of control panel with Labview software is mainly used to connect the real hardware. Also, the main algorithm to control the neutralization of waste water is developed with PID concept and the result is simulated with Matlab software. The tank arrangement is very important so that influent and reagent should enter at the same point in order to be the best premixed liquid. The waste water stream can be divided into two streams, a strong acid solution and a buffer salt solution. The inputs are an acidic liquid and a strong base that the flow rate of liquid can be controlled by solenoid valve. The input variables of the neutralization process are flow rates of acid and base including concentration of these liquids. © 2011 Pushpa Publishing House.
