From the above problems, the researcher has the idea of bringing the capabilities of web applications. Google form can be used in the design of inspections for product evaluation and transportation conditions. Which facilitates and increases efficiency in creating, storing, processing and displaying document information in addition, it also helps to reduce the resources for paper documents and helps users to manage and access information anytime, anywhere.
