Abstract

Organizations have to prevent errors within the organization, such as continuously update errors, uncertainty control, preventive actions, corrective action. Factory case study, discovering the printing of data into the database of warehouse worker affects the search of raw materials of production worker. Check the work process, the information on the database does not match the production order. The objective is part of engineering project for development of program for converting the characters from printed text to the digital characters instead of typing. This program is an image processing tool for converting characters, by scanning paper documents from the printer to electronic document file, define important spots on the document with highlights before importing the program and convert to a digital image. The project for development of program for converting the characters from printed text to digital, helps to input information into the database instead of typing. The test results found that the average time reducing is 25 percent and the efficiency of accuracy is 80 percent, the others are the quality of the ink and the sharpness of the characters.
