dc.description.abstract	This research aims to explore the user experiences and needs regarding the services of the Ministry of Labour Library. Purposive sampling was used to choose 30 users from different divisions within the Ministry of Labour, as well as one labour academic. The research tools consisted of user behavior observation questionnaires, interview guides, and user path mapping templates. The ﬁndings revealed that the majority of users have previous library experience,such as borrowing and returning materials, searching for information resources, using reading areas, and utilizing reference and research support services for academic work and other needs related to information. However, various obstacles and challenges were found, including issues related to the physical environment, information resources, service quality, technological infrastructure, and staff. The study suggests approaches to designing new library services, such as developing ﬂexible and accessible services, creating multifunctional spaces to accommodate diverse usage behaviors, increasing the number and expertise of library staff, expanding and updating information resources, and enhancing digital technology systems to better meet user needs.

dc.description.abstractthai	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์และความต้องการของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อห้องสมุดกระทรวงแรงงาน การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยคุณภาพ โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการที่เป็นบุคลากรของหน่วยงานที่สังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน จำนวน 30 คน และนักวิชาการแรงงาน จำนวน 1 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้ แบบสัมภาษณ์ เทมแพลตแผนที่การเดินทางของผู้ใช้ ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่าผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ใช้ห้องสมุด เช่น ใช้บริการยืมคืนค้นหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศใช้พื้นที่ในการอ่านหนังสือ และบริการตอบคำถามและช่วยค้นคว้าเพื่อหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องและใช้ประกอบในการทำผลงานวิชาการและทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอื่นๆ มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคทั้งในด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ด้านบริการ ด้านเทคโนโลยี และด้านบุคลากรซึ่งแนวทางการออกแบบบริการใหม่สำหรับห้องสมุด เช่นออกแบบบริการให้ยืดหยุ่นและเข้าถึงได้ทุกที่ พัฒนาพื้นที่บริการให้ตอบโจทย์รูปแบบการใช้งานที่หลากหลาย เพิ่มจำนวนบุคลากรและทักษะความรู้เฉพาะด้านของบุคลากรที่ให้บริการ เพิ่มทรัพยากรสารสนเทศและปรับปรุงระบบเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อให้สนองตอบตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ให้มากที่สุด	th_TH
