Findings on the satisfaction towards using benefits from this project founded that the differences of age, occupation, domicile, and political party had different satisfaction significantly at the statistical level of 0.05. The findings of this research found that accessibility and entitlement to the right had still been the obstacles for the groups of older persons and persons who disabled access to electronic devices or smart phones in order to register their right with. This caused the deserved targets of the right disabled in receiving their right in reality and made this economic stimulus policy be misused with the aimed group of targets.
