Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to lean the waste in warehouse management. Warehouse management can classify the activity as 3 types there are the main activities, supporting activities, and office activities. This research will change the operation of warehouse management by reducing work procedures, reducing time, reducing distance. The study process begins with the study of tools that will be used to show the overall
process and waste identification through value stream mapping. The tool used for activities classification was the flow process chart and used the workload data to analyze working time per worker. Then find the cause of waste in activity and find the way to reduce waste by applying the ECRS principle in improvement that non value added activity. After reducing waste and improving the activity, will balance the workload of workers and
increase work skills for workers to be more effective. The result of this research found that by reducing waste from the warehouse management resulting in the workload of workers reduced as 4,758 minutes, reduced the workers as 38 workers and reduced the cost of contract workers as 6,263,088 baht per year.
