Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to examine Influence of Supportive Attitude and Perceived
Behavioral Factors toward Work Efficiency via Remote Working among The Stock Exchange of Thailand’s
Employees. The study had a sample group of 275 individuals and utilized a questionnaire as the data
collection tool. The statistical analysis involved percentages, means, standard deviations, and statistical
tests such as paired t-tests. The research findings revealed that the majority of respondents were female,
aged 41 years and above, with higher education levels and work experience of 15 years or more.
Additionally, they had responsibilities towards other family members. The hypothesis testing results
indicated that employees with different genders, ages, and education levels did not exhibit significant
differences in remote work performance through the remote work system. However, employees with
different work experience and family responsibilities showed statistically significant differences in remote
work performance. Furthermore, attitudes towards the remote work system were found to have a
statistically significant influence on work performance through the remote work system among securities
market employees in Thailand, with a forecast accuracy of 25.80% . Regarding the perception of control
over behavior, factors such as resource facilitation and organizational policies were positively related to
work performance through the remote work system among securities market employees in Thailand, with
a forecast accuracy of 22.90%. However, the technology factor was not statistically significant and could
not predict the overall work performance through the remote work system among The Stock Exchange of
Thailand’s Employees.
