Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study an analysis of LMS (Moodle) for teachers performance
enhancement. The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors supporting instructors to the LMS
system and to try out the developed guidelines for teaching and learning LMS (Moodle) approaches. The
research was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 Analysis of factors affecting the readiness of LMS and Phase 2 of the trial of the developed approach. Data collection using questionnaires An example of research is
There were 19 teaching staff and 187 first- year students. The data were analyzed using frequency,
percentage, mean and standard deviation. and interviewed 6 teachers with different teaching experience.
The results showed that Factors supporting teachers to the LMS- style teaching and learning
management system consist of the ability to produce teaching videos. Facilitating resource support The
readiness of LMS teaching and learning and the effectiveness of LMS teaching and learning were at moderate
levels in all aspects. And when experimenting with the approach to support teachers into the LMS (Moodle)
teaching management system, the overall opinions increased in all aspects at a high level.
The results of the interview revealed that the guideline for supporting instructors towards teaching
and learning through LMS should be a policy requiring the use of LMS (Moodle) as part of teaching and
learning in the curriculum. It should have the same support as a book or textbook. There is a training course
to teach how to use LMS (Moodle) and provide methods for presenting students to practice. Clinic groups
are organized to share experiences. Implement small- group activities to suit the level of usage. Moodle
technicians or staff should be organized to ask questions when encountering problems while using the
location and equipment.
