The scope of this research is the study of ceramics from 1960 - 2020. Since the 1960s, the ceramics industry has transformed from a family-scale business into a factory-scale business with big factories and high-tech technologies, capable of producing ceramics to meet the demand domestically, reducing importation and continuing to develop an industry that has an export value of one billion baht One of the reasons is because the government’s production enhancement and development policy (1960-1996) and the export value has also increased. Since 1997, ceramic products have created income value from exportation up to 10,000 million baht. However, due to factors that took place both inside and outside the country from 1997 - 2020 affect the production and selling of ceramic products and cause them to slow down and decrease, respectively. The government has made an adjustment to policies and related measures towards the ceramics industry to suit the change of situations.
