Abstract:
This research aimed to study and compare the personnel work motivation of offices of the University, Chulalongkorn University in overall and five aspects: environment, job type, supervisor and associates, benefits and career path. The samples were 254 personnel from the Offices of the University, Chulalongkorn University in the academic year 2015 they were classified by gender, age, educational background, and work experience. The research tool is a questionnaire. The results revealed that: 1. University personne ranked the work motivation in overall and each aspects at a moderate level, except aspects of job description and supervisor and associates at a high level 2. There were a significant differences between male and female university personnel in overall and five aspects. 3. There was no significant difference in work motivation among the university personnel with different age groups in overall and five aspects. 4. There was no significant difference among work motivation of the university personnel with different educational backgrounds in overall and five aspects. 5. There was no significant difference among work motivation of the university personnel with different work experience in overall and five aspects.
