Abstract:
As result of the potential location of Thailand, it has effectted to increase the value of border trade with neighboring countries, especially the Kingdom of Cambodia. It had the greatest expansion and coutinue to increase in whole border trade of Thailand. With the Southern-Northeast Sub-region border, there were 2 permanent borders checkpoints and 1 temporary custom and border protevtion offices in 3 provinces; Burrirum, Surin, and Srisaket. Hence, after the ASEAN opened, aim to study in landuse of Border Economic Cities (Burirum-Surin-Srisaket) change and to find a service area from present network with the Kingdom of Cambodia. The methodology used Geographic Information System (GIS) analysis the road network and service area. The results showed that 1) the landuse of forest areas and misscellonus areas had trend to decreas. In industrial and warehouse areas and urban and communities. 2) the permanent borders checkpoints and temporary custom and border protevtion offices was the main road No. 24 in Thailand through the sub-road of Buriram-Surin-Sisaket province passed to the main road no. 6 of the Kingdom of Cambodia which is the Southern Economic Corridor and the path of travel. To the important cities were Siam Reap, the World heritage city and Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia. By linkage network has exceeding 150 kilometers which shorter than the distance from Eastern border of Thailcnd that requires more than 200 kilometers to Siam Reap.
