Abstract:
Presently, Thailand is transforming into Thailand 4.0, the new strategy of Thailand’s economy. This new economic strategy focusing on an innovation, a value-based economy, which will driving the breakthough an economic Thailand. The one goal is turing a traditional economy into the cashless society. The objectives of this study consist of 1) to identify the convenience stores, named 7-Eleven, located in Asoke Montri Road. 2) to study the characteristics of customers in 7-Eleven convenience store in Asoke Montri Road. 3) to study the patterns of users who using the True Money Wallet application as usual. Tool for field data collection is the questionnaire. The samples site were random selected at 400, combinated with the people who are use True Money Wallet application and the people who did not use. The statistics analysis were successed by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) including percentage, mean, and standard deviation (SD). Results presented the majority gender of users is female. Because the female are more attracting by information or promotion than male. The popular aging of users are ranging from 16-21 years, most of them declared as the students because it is convenien for them, do not to carry cash and safe. The most popular branch is located in Srinakarinwirot University, named Prasarnmit Branch.
