Abstract:
This article studied contemporary Thai history throughout the film “Tawiphop” (The Siam Renaissance), Thai historical film about the reign of King Rama IV, King Rama V and King Rama IX. The result of article and analysis show contemporary Thai historical content through the dialogue of characters related to historical primary source from the reign of King Rama IV, King Rama V and King Rama IX. It is something called “Human Thought” which the development of culture and innovations from the past to the present can reflect contemporary in Thai history. So this article can studies contemporary in Thai history from the incidence in the past.
