Abstract:
This research objective was study and analyze the royal nationalism concepts that appear in 3 Thai History textbooks of the upper secondary level (Mattayom 4-6) according to the core curriculum-based basic education. The research instrument was royal nationalism concepts documentary analysis form. The data was analyzed by using content analysis and classification analysis. The research findings revealed that the textbook history of Thailand upper secondary level, Most approaches to instill that monarchy is the heart and soul of the nation and they have made significant contributions to the variously for Thai nation. Whether it is to protect the independence and create a home city, have flourished from the past to the present. On the economy, and the well-being of the people to promoting Buddhism and culture. Including to comply with the aim of basic education core curriculum that requires students to be assigned in the regime democratic constitutional monarchy. And cause the implanted thought Thai society that the King as head of the existence of the country as well as the heart and soul of people all ages.
