Abstract:
The purposes of this study were: To propose strategies that will lead to the success of
adventure tourism. This study was conducted with qualitative methodology. Research tools are
semi-structured interview and content analysis. Key informants consisting of stakeholder on
adventure tourism in Vang Vieng. including 5 peoples such as local tour guide, entrepreneurs,
representative of the restaurant, representative of operators (Zipline), and representative of
operators (Blue Lagoon) and 5 Thai tourists. The results of this study revealed that the overall
presentation of adventure tourism activities is consistent with the local context It was analyzed
according to the 5A's tourism components as follows: Prominent natural resource attractions such
as Pha Nam Sai and Tham Chang. The introduction of activities that helped create unique travel
experiences such as boating along the Song River and Zipline. Arrangement of accommodations
and amenities such as public toilet, parking, public transportation and boats to serve tourists. 2.
Analyze the potential and needs of tourists towards adventure tourism in Vang Vieng. The results
of the research found that activities could create experiences and meet the needs of tourists to
have fun and satisfaction in doing activities in the midst of abundant nature. But there are only
few channels to contact for tourist information. Foreign tourists expect a variety of payment
channels. The 4E1S strategy consisting of Experience, Everywhere, Evangelism, Exchange, and
Safety come first will help promote efficient tourism activities and lead to The Success of
