The aim of this project is to compare the enery conversion efficiency of the solar cell panel of the moving and stationary types. The theme of the study is to design and construction of the solar cell panels in elude the write computer program for control operation of transmistion system and calculate find the angle of move of the รนท which a principle thus is calculation and control motor as used mechanisms driver in the transanital a move by used a Visual Basic version 6 control the angular velocitice by used the control unit has 12V. DC from battery. A move of the รนท will be 15° degree per hour do angle with plane i23.5° degreeFrom the test results The efficiency of the moving type is higher than the stationary type about 42.38 %
