Abstract:
COVID-19 situation currently impacts the population around the world extremely. Because the virus spreads through an infected person's droplets easily. The most common symptoms are respiratory symptoms, fever, lost tasting, and possibly death. Therefore, the infection and death rate are still rising. Dealing with the risk-infected person is out of control and the biggest problem. The Standard website showed the infected people in the period 22-28 August 2021, an average of 53,657 people in the country. It had a detection rate of 0.6% which meant every 5 people tested, one was infected. The problem statement above led to developing the idea to design and build a negative pressure prototype having a lower cost but good quality. Hence, it is important
to create a negative pressure room that is affordable and sufficient for the growing number of infected people. From The experiment shows that the pressure has less than -6.5 pascal from the standard level that less than -2.5 pascal also controls other conditions such as the temperature, the humidity, HCHO, 7VOC, the sound level, the air change per hour, and the volume of air to the standard level of general negative pressure room including the filtration tested with smoke that has almost same particle size as Covid-19 to make efficiency and high quality to quarantine the spreading.
